You don’t have to carry this alone
If you’ve been injured in an accident, stress and anxiety can keep you from healing.
When you’re hurt, out of work, and watching the bills pile up, the last thing you want to do is wrestle with insurance companies for the compensation you deserve.
At Malnar Injury Law,
we get it.
We’re here to help you heal. We’ve settled hundreds of injury cases and recovered millions of dollars in settlements–all for people just like you.
As a lawyer for over a decade and a former claims adjudicator/adjuster for the federal government, I know exactly how large insurance companies and government agencies evaluate your claim.
Malnar Injury Law represents only injured victims because we are committed to helping you. We go above and beyond to get you the best result.
The process is simple:
Step 1: Document the Accident
Take photos of the scene and document everything as soon as possible.
2: See a Doctor
Some injuries are obvious. Others aren’t. The sooner you seek treatment, the sooner you will heal.
Step 3: Consult an Expert
Working with an experienced injury trial attorney will ensure you will get the best result from your claim.
