You don’t have to carry this alone
If you’ve been injured in an accident, stress and anxiety can keep you from healing.
When you’re hurt, out of work, and watching the bills pile up, the last thing you want to do is wrestle with insurance companies for the compensation you deserve.
At Malnar Injury Law,
we get it.
We’re here to help you heal. We’ve settled hundreds of injury cases and recovered millions of dollars in settlements–all for people just like you.
As a lawyer for over a decade and a former claims adjudicator/adjuster for the federal government, I know exactly how large insurance companies and government agencies evaluate your claim.
Malnar Injury Law represents only injured victims because we are committed to helping you. We go above and beyond to get you the best result.
The process is simple:
Step 1: Document the Accident
Take photos of the scene and document everything as soon as possible.
2: See a Doctor
Some injuries are obvious. Others aren’t. The sooner you seek treatment, the sooner you will heal.
Step 3: Consult an Expert
Working with an experienced injury trial attorney will ensure you will get the best result from your claim.

Scott
Property Damage Specialist
I started my insurance career in 1992 with a company in Alaska handling a variety of claims including auto appraisals, valuations, and total loss settlements. Alaska also allowed me to handle incredibly unique claims like the replacement costs for a salmon smoker destroyed by a bear and calculating the depreciation of a dog sled. I learned first hand the value of a properly written insurance policy, and the devasting consequences when clients did not have the proper coverage.
I moved to Colorado in 2004 and in 2007 I started my
agency, where I could ensure that my clients had the coverage that would protect them in case of fire, accidents, or other losses. After 15 years of success, I decided to sell my agency for the proverbial offer that couldn’t be refused. I understand the coverages and the language the insurance companies use and enjoy helping clients learn about insurance and navigate claims.
I am honored to work with Malnar Injury Law to assist their clients with their questions during an insurance claim to make sure they receive the best valuations for their vehicles when they are damaged.
